Here are some handy hints to help you create the perfect file!
Print ready file checklist ›1. Size
Ensure your job is the correct size you want it to be when printed2. Add bleed
If your job has panels/pictures right up to the edge of the paper, make sure you add a bit extra so it appaer to hang off the page. This is called 'bleed' and is essential to a ensure a good finish.3. Fonts
When supplying a file it is vital to include all used fonts. If a PDF file is supplied then make sure your fonts are set to 'embed' when you create it.4. Images & logos
Always include any used images or logos with your file. Without these we cannot progress with your job! This doesn't apply to PDF'sthough as images will be embedded.5. Colour conversion
Where possible make sure your job is set to 'CMYK' colour mode. RGB files can be accepted but sometimes pictures or colours can appear flat and dull when printed using CMYK inks.6. Pantones
If your job requires the use of special PANTONE colours, be sure to included them in the job. It is important to ensure the correct colour references are used as well.7. Double check everything
Finally...check and double check that the files you send us have as many of the above points adhered to as possible.
